Flixel: Ship Goes Up!

There’s some interesting talks on at this year’s Google IO sessions relating to Android development. While I wait for those to be put on YouTube I’ve been playing with Flixel and ActionScript.

After a few hours following some tutorials and trying things out, I managed to make a very simple avoidance game, the amazingly named Ship Goes Up! I’ve found Flixel and ActionScript relatively straight forward to use and going from no code to a playable game idea is a very short process.
