		<description>This is one of the reasons why there ought to be completely free libraries of implementation of common tasks that all programmers need - like maths libraries, stuff to do collision detection and perhaps even generic 3D source libraries and tools so you can stuff data into it and get stuff working with a minimum of effort.

The issue with cities (and most physical construction) is that no one person is in control. And you can&#039;t build them all in one go. So unless you have a grid system with zones, it&#039;s very difficult to get a coherent city that is built all in one style. And even then it will vary as bits are replaced and rebuilt.</description>
